Chicken breasts coated in mustard and french-fried
onions is about as simple as can be.
onions is about as simple as can be.
It's very tasty, yet you can't quite identify
the ingredients if you didn't know what they were.
Just two ingredients with your chicken.(I used two breasts and cut the recipe in half
for just the two of us.)
I flattened the chicken breast slightly
and cut them in half.
Season with House Seasoning and
spread both sides with mustard.
Coat the chicken on both sides with the crushed
onions, pressing on until well coated.
Put into a sprayed shallow casserole.
You can refrigerate here for 30 or more minutes.
Bake at 400 for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve!

ReplyDeleteThis was really good! Do you have a secret to keeping the fried onions on the chicken? After baking they just fell right off when I cut into it :( But the taste very good!
