Easy Chocolate Muffins

Just two ingredients.

1 box chocolate cake mix and 1 can pumpkin

 That's it! Nothing else.

 Scoop into paper-lined cupcake pan.

 Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Now serving chocolate muffins.

Very easy in a pinch!

You don't taste the pumpkin. Try this recipe using spice cake mix in the fall.

Oh, I also put in 1/2C of chocolate chips. 

Easy Chocolate Muffins

1 box chocolate cake mix

1 15oz can regular pumpkin

Mix together with beaters. Batter will be very thick.
optional: add 1/2C chocolate chips.

Scoop into sprayed or paper lined cupcake pan

Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes,

Makes 12-16 muffins

These are just as easy and quick as the

 Uncle Duncie's Spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin.

 nothing else!

 OK, I cheated and added a few mini chocolate chips

 at the end just to try it.

 You could add raisins if that's your thing.

I always have a jar of these minis in the pantry.

 Scoop the batter into a paper-lined or 

well sprayed muffin pan. It's a stiff batter.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

These are fast to make if you ever have a

muffin emergency...and who hasn't had one

of those!

Easy Pumpkin Spice Muffins

1 box Spice Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)

1 (15oz) can pumpkin

Mix well and scoop into lined muffin pan.

Bake for 20 minutes @400.

Can add chocolate chips

Nothing to it!
