Even though Florida is not considered "the South",
I've had a craving for it all week.

You could even fill small jars to give away.

Grate the cheese yourself instead of

Nothing better than pimento cheese. It would be on my last meal menu.
ReplyDeleteNow how did you know that I adore pimento cheese, and only get it when I happen to travel down South -- it's not a staple here in NJ.
ReplyDeleteBut now I can make it. Bliss!

Waw!, hubby is going to love this, he's so into chillis and hot stuff...I will too! I love a little hot myself and spreads like this are so very yummy and great for tea time too. Just copied it! Thank you sweetie, so nice. Have a fun weekend. Hugs, FABBY
ReplyDeleteThis looks amazing! I've never tried pimento cheese, but I sure want to! Thanks so much for linking up to Friday Potluck.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of the jalapeƱo peppers to give the spread a little kick. I never thought of putting it on crusty bread and broiling. Oh, yum! And so much better than just a white bread tea sandwich.
