Onion Roasted Red Potatoes

A good side with steak.
and easy enough!
 Just three ingredients. 
 potatoes, olive oil, dry onion soup mix.
Scrub the potatoes and cut into large chunks. 
Toss it all together in a large skillet or 9x13 pan.
Bake at 425 for about 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
I always make the whole recipe and have the leftovers later.

Onion Roasted Red Potatoes
6-8 red potatoes-about 2 lbs.
1/3 C olive oil
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Scrub the potatoes and cut into large chunks. 
Combine with oil and onion soup in a large cast iron skillet or 9x13 pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 425. Stir occasionally.

    I've used the dry onion mix for burgers (just mix it in the chop meat) Then I grill them.
