After you've made basil pesto from my
previous post you're all set to make this easy
and fast grilled pesto shrimp.
Toss large peeled shrimp with enough pesto to
coat. Use any amount you need.
Let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Grill on your outdoor grill or in a cast iron skillet
on medium high for a few minutes on each side.
Don't overcook the shrimp. Pile onto a plate and
squeeze some lemon over the top. Serve over
pasta that's been flavored with a bit of pesto,
or on top of a salad, or as an appetizer.
Enjoy!
Oh, my, this looks elegant and delicious!! Thanks for the inspirations!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Recipe..!! Soon will try to prepare this yaar. and you know I amlso expert in making prawns pickle online in andhra style
ReplyDeleteNice and well put. South Indian meal is never full with out the taste of pickle on tongue especially when the pickling fruit is not available because of season constraints like Mango Pickle Achar also called as Avakai pickle in India. If it is from home made pickle brands like SITARA Foods , the food heaven is not too far from reach. If pickles like Bitter Gourd pickle achar or kakarakaya pickle from Indian brand SITARA FOODS then it's a totally different senario health and taste combination
ReplyDeleteYou can also try chicken pickle and various non veg pickles by SITARA at their online store order from Hyderabad Bangalore Chennai, The India's biggest online store for pickles
